With the niyat of Shifa-e-Kulli and Tul-ul-Umr of Aqa Moula, Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Saheb (TUS), SEZ London organised a second walk from Bonham House to Al-Masjid al-Husayni on 12th April 2009, for those mumineen that had the niyat to participate in the first walk but were unable to do so.
Just days before we all received great news that Aqa Moula (TUS), had left Saifee Hospital for Saifee Mahal, and with this kushi no josh we all had an extra spring in our step.
Some participants had already participated in the first walk on 29th March 2009 , which covered the same route. A total of 25 to 30 people participated in this walk, with the last group taking just under 3.5 hours to complete the 9 mile journey.
Upon arriving at Al-Masjid al-Husainy, Farazdaq Bhaisaheb Zainuddin presided over matam majlis in Busaheba’s (AQ) ghurfa mubarak, before we all performed ziyarat with the niyat of Shifa-e-Kulli and Tul-ul-Umr of Aqa Moula (TUS). This was followed by Maghrib-Isha namaz.
We would like to give a special thanks to Shabbir-bhai and Tasnim-ben Ezzi for providing refreshments at their house whilst enroute to the Masjid.
May Allah grant our Bawa Shafiq (TUS) a long and prosperous life until Yawm al-Qiyamat. Ameen!

Mumineen in London expressed their joyous emotions in celebrating Aqa Moula’s (TUS) 98th Milad Mubarak by taking part in celebrations held on Yawm al-Milad (Wednesday 20 Rabi ul-Aakhar 1430H / 15th April 2009).
The event was made extra special by the bushra received on Sunday that Aqa Moula (TUS) had returned to Saifee Mahal from Saifee Hospital.
SEZ London were granted the sharaf of organising the Mela, which was one of the main features of the celebration. The celebrations also included a grand procession (which included a group of SEZ members), a khushi majlis and a spectacular fireworks display, all organised by Anjuman-e-Burhani, London.
The Mela comprised of games stalls in Ewan e-Saifee and the ceremonial entrance. These included an enormous Safari bouncy castle, Sumo wrestling, target shooting, ten-pin bowling, table tennis, pool and much more! Prizes were given to all those who took part.
Furthermore, in Mawaid Burhaniya, all jamaat santhas participated in organising stalls which included Toloba e-Kulli al-Mumineen hosting the Wii Games stall, Burhani Women’s Association, Talebaat Kulliyaat al-Muminaat and Talebaat Muntasebaat hosting food stalls.
Mumineen also took part in hosting stalls with a total of about 20 stalls of food, jewelry and clothing.
Special prizes were awarded by Janab Aamil Saheb, Dr. Idris Bhaisaheb Zainuddin, for the best dressed man, woman, boy and girl. A special category for the most mischievous madressa boy and girl were also awarded by Janaab Aamil saheb.
SEZ members, old and new, were key to the success of the event. All of whom were tirelessly involved in setting up, managing games stalls, organising mumineen stalls, cooking and serving food.
The committee would like to pay special thanks to those members and their families who put that extra special effort in providing ideas and time for setting up the games, food, decoration of the stalls, and the team who did the tazyeen of the masjid and sehan.
We would like to especially thank Janab Aamil Saheb, Mu’avin Aamil Saheb and the Jamaat committee for granting us this sharaf and giving us their full support in organising the event.
May Allah grant our Moula (TUS) a long and prosperous life till the Yawm al-Qiyamat. Ameen.
